What started you making grain-free and gluten-free Pasta?
My son has an intolerance to wheat and so we decided to experiment in making gluten free pasta. Also a close friend who has four children with severe allergies wanted a pasta that was not only gluten free but also GRAIN free. After about a year of experimenting we got it right! So by word of mouth our 'home' pasta became a growing business.
Why the name PASTA AT HOME?
When we started our business Leah was a single mum with two young children. She married Jason while still experimenting with recipes. As the business was 'Cottage' based we felt the name PASTA AT HOME captured what we where doing - "making quality homemade pasta"
